Privacy Policy

Westridge School created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. This Policy is your guide to the way we will handle information we learn or collect about you from your visit to our website. We are not responsible for the practices of persons, companies, or websites that we do not manage or control. By using our website, you are deemed to have consented to the practices described in this Policy.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information to us. For example, you may provide personally identifiable information on our website when you register for school or events, make a pledge or gift, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form or respond to an invitation, or contact the school through this website. Engaging our website for these purposes is voluntary and providing the information is intended to complete the action which you have voluntary engaged. We define “personally identifying information” as data that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. Such information may include your first, last, and/or maiden name (if applicable); email address; phone number; home or other physical address; credit card number and information; and credit card billing information.

We will always identify the reason/purpose for which information is being collected. We will use your information solely for fulfilling that purpose. If you encounter a screen, page, or form that requests information you do not want to share with us, do not enter the information and do not proceed with that screen, page, or form. We do not intend to share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, protect our rights, or as required by the law.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to inform you about school announcements, special events, or changes to this Policy.

Like most standard website servers we use website statistic packages such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to analyze trends in how our website is accessed and utilized. Information monitored includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, geographic location of visitors (country, city), browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, time spent on pages, and keywords used to find our site via search engines. This information is anonymous and cannot be directly linked to individual users. We may use it to identify high-use or low-use areas of the site, pinpoint problem areas of the site, analyze broad demographic trends in our visitors, and make decisions about how to make it easier for people to find and navigate our website.
