On Friday, November 16, Westridge will again pay homage to the mighty and versatile yam, a food that unites us all! It’s time for the annual Yam Festival!
Please click here to sign up to volunteer to work at the festival or contribute a dish. Over the years, dishes have skewed toward the sweet end—don’t be afraid to think outside the yam box and whip up a savory dish! A few ideas: yams with rosemary and parmesan. . . roasted yam and farro salad. . . yams with sausage and sage.
But whatever you bring to the table, we appreciate your help!
