Huge congratulations to the Water Polo team for advancing to the second round California Interscholastic Division-Southern Section (CIF-SS) Division 4 playoffs! The exciting announcement comes after the Tigers’ recent 12-5 landslide win in their first round CIF-SS Division 4 Playoffs against Tesoro High School. Tigers led a strong game from the beginning with a 7-1 halftime score, ultimately rendering them victorious til the end. The winning streak comes as the team finished third place in the Prep League, concluding a phenomenal season with a 10-5 record. Special shoutout to goalie Sloan C. ‘26 for making seven saves, Mira C. ‘28 for seven goals, and Skye I. ‘26 making five! We look forward to cheering on the team’s match against San Dimas High tomorrow, February 7, and hope you can join us in the stands.

We also recognize the fantastic Tiger Winter Spirit Games held last Friday, January 31, where the Varsity Basketball team won with a striking 55-5 score against Southwestern Academy! Kudos to the Varsity Soccer and Basketball teams on their performances and shout out to all families and friends who came to cheer for our wonderful Tigers!

• Big shoutout to Layla R. '27 who was named to the CIF-SS Division 5 Flag Football All CIF First Team! Layla was voted on to the team by the CIF-SS Girls' Flag Football Coaches Committee and is the first Westridge athlete to receive this prestigious award for flag football!
• We can't forget the undefeated Middle School Tennis team for their second champion win, beating Mayfield Junior and Polytechnic schools in the Middle School Independent League (MSIL) championships!
