Six Upper School students attended the Student Leaders for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Leadership Development Program at Harvard-Westlake! The overnight program, themed "GRWM: Reimagining The Future of DEI," included valuable leadership training sessions, workshops, and case study analysis as well as a keynote speaker; masterclasses on topics such as "What Is Leadership?" and "DEI in the Age of Social Media"; and fun bonding moments (including an escape room and a viewing of Wicked: For Good!).
