Discovery Week is here! Our campus is a bit quieter than usual as students are participating in off-campus experiential learning—and having loads of fun with their classmates. Over the last few days, they have visited important Southern sites to the Civil Rights Movement including the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Site in Atlanta and the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, climbed an on-campus rock-climbing wall, spent time in artist Georgia O’Keefe’s famous Ghost Ranch in New Mexico, put on their acting chops during a theatre session, hiked on the famous Inca Trail in Peru, explored the thriving cinema culture in Los Angeles, experienced the Northern Lights in Iceland, and so much more!
