“Speaking of Ms. Houser, we all know she’s from New York. And since she’s our math teacher, did you know her favorite place in New York is Times Squared?” joked Nia C. '33. 

Led by SALC president Ava W. '31, the Lower School participated in a talent show where students showcased a variety of skills, performances, and creative expressions. A standing ovation to everyone who braved the stage to perform! Talents included:

  • Two dances - one by 5th grader Ella E. and one by 4th grade duo Tennessee W. and Madeline M.
  • A magic show by Elliot S. '33
  • An acapella performance of "Speechless" from the movie Aladdin by Divya L '33
  • Violin performances by 5th graders Flora Z. and Luna X.
  • Stand-up comedy by Nia C. '33
  • A rendition of "Girl in the Mirror" by Bebe Rexha, sung by 5th graders Louisa Z. and Emma L.
  • A skit by 4th graders Pallas B. and Vera S.
  • Piano performances by 5th graders Demi L. and Kaitlyn W.
