The 4th graders, Class of 2030, played host to alumnae from the Class of 1972 last Friday for an afternoon tea as part of the Alumnae Weekend festivities. This annual tradition brings together Westridge's youngest with alumnae celebrating their 50th reunion, allowing all to see Westridge through a new lens.

Groups of three to four students and one '72 alumna spread out around Ranney Court to nibble on treats, sip cool drinks, and talk about pets, careers, Westridge experiences, and more. Alumnae pointed out how parts of campus have changed significantly since their own time at Westridge, so the 4th graders happily took them on a mini tour of their area of campus.

This event is the culmination of a pen pal program in which 4th graders write letters to the 50th reunion alumnae class. See more photos from the tea here!
