Westridge Athletics is where girls who compete become women who lead.

The world is finally awakening to the power of female athletes and the depth of competition in women's sports. On our campus girls have always been the most celebrated athletes, but we're thrilled to see this spirit catching on—it's been a long wait.

Girls learn much more than how to be a fierce competitor through their participation in Westridge Athletics; the high expectations we hold for our athletes are matched by the high level of support we provide them as they develop skills that extend beyond sports. Student athletes at Westridge benefit from the values of courage, resiliency, discipline, generosity, and more.

Infinite Space for Unstoppable Girls

At Westridge, girls' sports don't have to fight for practice or game time—every facility is dedicated fully to girls' athletic development.

Richard N. Frank Athletic Field, complete with digital scoreboards, allows Tiger flag football, lacrosse, soccer, and softball teams to host games on regulation fields, while Hoffman Gymnasium is home court for basketball and volleyball. Our yoga classes take place in a dedicated studio; dance is taught in a spacious dance studio with movement absorbing floors; and athletes benefit from use of the weight training room, a facility designed specifically for girls.
