Families interested in applying for the 2027-2028 school year must create an account in our Admission Portal and submit the preliminary application forms—family information form, parent questionnaire, and student questionnaire—along with the $100* application fee by January 6, or by November 1 for a reduced application fee of $30.
Our application opens in the September prior to your intended enrollment year. To access our Admission Portal, please begin by submitting this form.
*Application fee waivers may be requested by emailing admission@westridge.org. Waivers are reserved for those whom the application fee represents a significant financial hardship.

The best way to learn more about Westridge is to attend an event! Save the date for Open House on Saturday, October 17, from 1-4 pm and learn about other admission events (including afternoon campus tours) on our Visit Us page.
Everyone is welcome to explore Westridge by viewing our Virtual Tour, which includes an overview of our program and an introduction to our campus.
STEP 3:
APPLICANT ACTIVITY DAY & PARENT INTERVIEW

NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY
A key part of our admission process is getting to know you and your student.
Parents/guardians of students applying to grades 4-8 will participate in an Online Parent Interview. On a separate day, student applicants in all grades will participate in an In-Person Applicant Activity Day.
Parent interviews may be scheduled through the admission portal once preliminary applications forms are submitted. Applicant activities, which are held on an afternoon in January, will be scheduled by the admission office.
STEP 4:
SUBMIT DOCUMENTS
by February 1, 2027
By February 1, we will need the following documents from your student's current school:
- Two teacher evaluations
- Transcripts from the 2025-2026 school year, and the first semester or trimester of the 2026-2027 school year

ADMISSION DECISIONS ANNOUNCED
MARCH 12, 2027
Applicant families can expect to receive an admission decision from Westridge on Friday, March 12.
