Westridge School's Summer Performing Arts Academy provides opportunities for girls of all skill levels to develop and nurture the craft of acting, dancing, singing, and back stage work in a safe, educational, and fun learning atmosphere.
Goals of the Performing Arts Academy include preparation, skill building, substantive work, professionalism, performance experience and a sense of community.
All students participate in acting, technical theater and/or costume design, music, and movement classes at three different skill levels. Class sizes are limited to 20 students per level.
The program will culminate in a showcase of student performances for each skill level. "Our Town" is the 2010 summer production.
