Applying to Westridge School

To help you on your Admissions journey for Westridge School, please follow these steps:


Step 1: Request Information
Select Request Information from the right column menu and complete the online form.  Once we receive your request, we will email a confirmation with a login code and password for logging in to complete the online application.  By mail you will also receive an admissions packet with additional admissions materials.

Step 2: Attend an Open House Program
Westridge School invites you and your family to attend one of our Open House programs.

Step 3: Complete your Online Application
After Wednesday, October 3, 2012, follow the My Application link to access the online Application.
Login using the login code and password emailed to you.  You may save your work and complete the application at your convenience.
Upon completion of the application you will be asked to submit a non-refundable $85 application fee.

Deadline: January 25, 2013 for grades 9-10.
Deadline: February 1, 2013 for grades 4-8.



Step 4: Download Teacher Recommendation Forms 
Download and print the Teacher Recommendation forms.  Distribute these to your daughter’s teacher(s).   Please request the teacher(s) to mail to the Westridge Admissions Office.

Deadline: February 1, 2013 for grades 9-10.
Deadline: February 8, 2013 for grades 4-8.



Step 5: Download the Transcript Request Forms

Download the Transcript Request Form and forward to your daughter's current school office.

Step 6: Register for Entrance Exams
All Westridge 4th Grade applicants are required to take the Westridge Entrance Exam.  Click on the Register for 4th Grade Entrance Exam link in the right column.

Applicants in grades 5-10 must complete the ISEE Exam. The reference code for Westridge School is #052420.

Please note, Westridge School is not an ISEE test site.


Preferred Test Deadline: January 26, 2013 for grades 9-10.
Preferred Test Deadline:
February 2, 2013 for grades 5-8.



Step 7: Schedule Campus Visit and Interview
After December 1, 2012, call the Admissions Office at 626.799.1053 ext. 256 to schedule a campus visit and an interview.


Interview and Student Campus Visit Guidelines
Please refer to the list below to find the interview requirements and available campus visits for your applicant's grade level.  During the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade campus visits, parent(s) meet briefly, as a group, with the Director of the Lower School.  Campus visits for all students include class visits and a brief appointment with a grade level division Academic Director.
