Checklist to apply for Financial Aid - New Families | Returning Families
Westridge School supports a strong, diverse student body that values both socio-economic and cultural diversity. Approximately one-third of current students receive some financial assistance to attend.
Assistance ranges from $2,000 to full tuition. All assistance is need-based, and documentation is required annually.
Families receiving financial assistance can expect to continue receiving aid throughout their enrollment at Westridge unless financial circumstances improve. Changes should be documented in the annual application process.
Westridge now accepts tuition payments by credit card. Click here to make a tuition payment online.
Financial Aid for New Families
*Please note: The deadlines below apply to new families applying for financial aid at Westridge School. Returning families should abide by the deadlines in the Returning Families Checklist and use the FAST link below.
Westridge families should apply for financial aid through the FAST system. Westridge believes the FAST system is more efficient and easier for parents to use and allows for more thorough evaluation. We are available to give you any assistance and support throughout the process. Please contact Barbara Lockhart at 626.799.1053, ext. 266.
1.) Before February 4, 2013 please complete the application you will find at this link:
The application will take approximately 45 minutes if financial information is gathered before starting; it may be completed in multiple sessions if necessary. There is a $38 fee to submit the completed online application.
Plan ahead to complete the form by the deadline. Please contact Barbara Lockhart at 626.799.1053, ext. 266 if:
• you do not have a credit card, or
• cannot pay the fee.
2.) Before February 4, 2013, please mail the following documents:
• 2012 Personal and Business Federal Tax Returns with all supporting schedules, including Schedule or Forms C, or C-EZ, F, E, 1120, K-1, or E.
• 2012 W2s, 1099s, and K1s.
• 2012 State tax returns.
• Final pay stubs for 2012.
