Westridge Strength and Conditioning Coach

Kaaron

Kaaron Cartwright, CSCS

As a sprinter at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Kaaron Conwright was a 3 time all-American in the 100m and a two- time all-American in the 200m. In the Big West Conference, he was a 4 time champion in the 100m from the years of 1996-2000 where he still holds the conference record at 10.12. He later went on to run a 10.10 at the national championships that same year. He was also a 2 time champion in the 200m. He now serves as assistant coach under Olympian and Olympic Coach John Smith. He works at Westridge as the year-around strength and conditioning coach as well as the Track and Field coach in the Spring.

Aubrey Prince, ATC, CPT

Aubrey is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, and Health and Safety Specialist offering a strong background in injury care, prevention, rehabilitation, health promotion and wellness.  Aubrey has an enduring passion for continuous education and has intentionally engaged in various work experiences for a well-rounded scope on healthcare. Aubrey’s primary interests include nutrition and biomechanics, with a concentrated focus on improving performance.

Westridge Soccer Academy

Westridge Soccer Academy

The Westridge Soccer Academy begins Friday, September 26, 2014!  You’ll need to bring a water bottle, cleats, shin guards and if you have a soccer ball, bring it too ;-)  More importantly, bring your enthusiasm for the game of soccer and your will to begin building the Tigers’ dynasty!
