Are you looking to join the Westridge community?

Westridge School is an independent day school for college-bound girls located in Pasadena, California. Founded in 1913, the school has an enrollment of 510 girls in grades 4 through 12 and has a long-standing reputation for the excellence of its academic program. The student/faculty ratio is 9:1.

Westridge is located 15 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. The Southern California region is home to several world-class museums and restaurants, and includes excellent outdoor opportunities for the biking, swimming, surfing, and hiking enthusiast.

Salaries are competitive. The school offers excellent health benefits including full medical, dental, and vision coverage and participation in an ample retirement plan with TIAA-CREF. After being employed full-time for one year, employees who contribute a minimum of 2 percent of their salary to retirement, receive an additional 7 percent of salary contributed by Westridge to their retirement account.

In addition, technology is an integral part of daily life at Westridge. All faculty positions require a minimum of five years teaching experience and an advanced degree.
