Art dealer and businesswoman. Owner and operator of one of New York City’s finest galleries, Gemini G.E.L. at Joni Weyl, and a leader in the art world. Has served on numerous boards and as a gallerist and art advisor to numerous collections, both public and private. Earned a bachelor’s degree in art history from Stanford University before beginning her career in the arts with the renowned Los Angeles artists’ workshop and print publisher, Gemini G.E.L. (Graphic Editions Limited), co-founded by her husband, Sidney Felsen. Commemorating its 50th anniversary, the Gemini workshop was celebrated in 2015 by the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C. with a survey exhibition “The Serial Impulse at Gemini G.E.L.,” also presented again in September 2016 at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
Past non-profit board services includes the Grunwald Center for the Graphic Arts at the Hammer Museum, the Graphic Arts Council (now called the Print and Drawing Council) of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Westridge Alumnae Council and Westridge School trustee from 2000 to 2010. Currently serves on the board of the International Fine Print Dealers’ Association, and for over 18 years has been actively engaged as both a Board and Guild member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles. 2013 recipient of the Mary Lowther Ranney Distinguished Alumna Award.
