Allison Martinez-Davis ’09 is a Multilateral Partnership Officer in the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO) at the United States Department of State.  In this role, Allison is responsible for managing, developing, and overseeing CSO’s engagement with the European Union, United Nations, and African Union.  From October 2015 to April 2016, Allison served as a Policy Advisor to the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration where she worked on developing the United States Department of State’s policy toward the current migration crisis in Europe and the Middle East.  Allison has conducted research in Serbia and Kosovo focusing on post-conflict reconciliation, transitional justice, and sport for peacebuilding.  Prior to working at the United States Department of State, Allison worked at PeacePlayers International (PPI), a nonprofit organization that brings youth together through basketball in divided societies.  Allison graduated from Westridge in 2009, received a B.A. in Political Science, Anthropology, and Peace, Justice, and Human Rights from Haverford College in 2013, and a M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University in 2015.
